Tricep Workout Routine
If you have been expert in tricep workout, you do not have any problem to do some variation. In addition, your triceps have been already shaped and tight. Fifteen repetitions are done for each set.
Because you have been advanced in doing this exercise, you are able to do any variation you want. You are able to do that using dumbbell, barbell, and bench press.
